You should only do this once a day. If your abs hurt the following day just leave it. You can do more damage than harm.
Once every other day is usually the best.
And you need less than 10% body fat for a six pack to show up.

hey i have a pretty good 4 pack and im trying to make it a six, i work out about 4 times a week and everytime i do lower ab workouts it really burns and ive been doing that for 4 months and i still dont have a six pack ,can you please help me? thank you
