    You should only do this once a day. If your abs hurt the following day just leave it. You can do more damage than harm.
    Once every other day is usually the best.
    And you need less than 10% body fat for a six pack to show up.

    The size of the fat on stomach and have 12 percent and have abs most of the size of the fitness models have abs that dd thats lie my body fat percentge is about 810 percent bodyfat its just the abs.

    hey i have a pretty good 4 pack and im trying to make it a six, i work out about 4 times a week and everytime i do lower ab workouts it really burns and ive been doing that for 4 months and i still dont have a six pack ,can you please help me? thank you
